Double-Layer Steel Structure: The storage facility is constructed with inner and outer double-layer welded steel. All steel components are derusted to grade 5a2.5.

Base Design: The base consists of a 5 mm thick enclosed steel liquid collection pan, covered with a 3 mm thick hot-dip galvanized anti-corrosion grating.
