After the wiring process is completed in motor production, we conduct two tests on the products:
1. We perform a withstand voltage test using a high voltage tester. This test is conducted to ensure that the motor can withstand the specified voltage without any electrical breakdown or insulation failure. The high voltage tester applies a high voltage to the motor terminals or windings for a specific duration, while monitoring for any leakage current or breakdown. If the motor passes this test without any issues, it indicates that the insulation and electrical components are of good quality and can operate safely.
2. We also conduct a winding insulation resistance test using a surge voltage tester. This test is designed to assess the integrity of the insulation between the motor windings and detect any potential short circuits or insulation weaknesses. The surge voltage tester generates a high voltage pulse that is applied to the motor windings and measures the response. By analyzing the pulse waveforms, we can determine if there are any abnormalities or anomalies in the winding insulation. This test helps us identify and rectify any potential issues before the motor is shipped or installed.
These tests are essential quality control measures to ensure that our motors meet the required standards for electrical safety and performance. They help us identify any potential defects or weaknesses in the motor's insulation and prevent any electrical hazards that may arise during operation.
Looking for reliable electric motors? Look no further. Our products are widely used across various industries, powering ventilation and purification equipment like fan filter units, air showers, clean benches, drying lines, grain storage fans, and down filling machines. We pride ourselves on maintaining exceptional quality standards and welcome any inquiries.
