The top liquid-tank design creates a continuous, form-fitting seal around the filter blade. The blue jelly glue fills the tank, completely enveloping the blade edge and eliminating any air bypass. This design outperforms traditional gasket seals, especially under variable pressure conditions, and provides long-term sealing stability without compression set.
Utilising premium glass fibre filter media, this filter achieves H14 efficiency – 99.995% to 99.999% removal of particles at 0.3μm (MPPS). It is ideally suited for ISO Class 5 (Class 100) and higher cleanroom environments where ultra-clean air is essential.
The pleated media structure, maintained by precision hot-melt glue separators, maximises the effective filtration area. This results in significantly higher dust-holding capacity compared to standard filters, translating to longer service intervals and reduced replacement frequency – lowering total cost of ownership.

Q1: What is the difference between top liquid-tank and side liquid-tank sealing?
A: In top liquid-tank design, the filter blade inserts vertically into a liquid-filled trough located at the top of the filter. In side liquid-tank design, the blade inserts laterally. Top liquid-tank is typically preferred for vertical laminar flow systems where the filter drops in from above.
