1.Flammable Storage Cabinet

Storage for substances: Primarily used for storing volatile and flammable solid and liquid substances, such as gasoline, alcohol, ethanol, acetone, etc.

Based on flash points, flammable liquids are classified into two categories and four levels:

• Class I: Flash point below 28°C (e.g., gasoline, alcohol)

• Class II: Flash point between 28°C–45°C (e.g., butanol, kerosene)

• Class III: Flash point between 46°C–120°C (e.g., phenol, diesel)

• Class IV: Flash point above 121°C (e.g., lubricating oil, tung oil)

Liquids in Classes I-II are flammable; liquids in Classes III-IV are combustible.

Chemical Storage Requirements:

1. Store chemicals according to their properties to avoid mixing incompatible or reactive substances.

2. Select appropriate storage equipment specifications.

3. In case of leakage:

• Immediately implement personal protection measures per MSDS

• Perform emergency containment procedures

• Ensure cabinet cleanliness
