How do you solve the ESD (Static) problem in the cleanroom?
Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) is a critical threat in semiconductor and electronics manufacturing. At Deshengxin, leveraging over 20 years of experience serving these industries, we employ a comprehensive, multi-level strategy to mitigate static risks.
Our approach involves three key layers:
Passive Prevention: Our standard FFUs (Fan Filter Units) are manufactured with conductive housings—using either high-grade Stainless Steel (SUS) or specialized anti-static painted finishes—to prevent static charge buildup on the equipment itself.
Active Neutralization: For critical process zones, we provide Ionizing FFUs equipped with integrated high-performance ionizer bars. These actively generate balanced positive and negative ions to neutralize surface charges on wafers or electronic products.
Controlled Environments: We also supply complete ESD-safe work zones, including anti-static Clean Benches and modular Clean Booths, ensuring a safe environment for sensitive operations.
