The Deshengxin F9 Medium-Efficiency Bag Filter is crafted from high-performance electrostatic filter media, specifically designed to capture submicron (<1μm) dust particles and various suspended particles. Due to its unique fiber structure, the filter media exhibits high permeability and a substantial dust holding capacity. When used in conjunction with other filters, it provides excellent protection, reducing the frequency of filter replacements and lowering operational costs.
The outer frame of the Deshengxin F9 Bag Filter can be constructed from aluminum alloy, galvanized steel, or ABS plastic. The filter material consists of a non-woven fabric bag compounded with polypropylene melt-blown non-woven fabric, polypropylene fibers, and spunbonded fabric. The bag is seamlessly fused using ultrasonic heat-sealing technology. Each filter bag features multiple non-woven partitions evenly distributed within, fused using ultrasonic technology. These partitions not only serve to equalize airflow but also prevent excessive expansion of the filter bag under wind pressure, thereby maintaining effective filtration area and efficiency.
The Deshengxin F9 Bag Filter is available in various efficiency levels, including M5/F5 (brown), M6/F6 (green), F7 (pink), F8 (light yellow), and F9 (white).

Thickness Options: Available in thicknesses of 21mm, 25mm, and 46mm.
Operating Conditions: Maximum operating temperature and humidity of 80°C and 80%RH, respectively.
